You won’t find an easier chocolate fudge recipe than this one. Feel free to experiment with adding chopped nuts, dried fruit or lollies. With its rich, smooth, creamy texture, be warned – it won’t last long.
Ingredients: 500g (17oz) dark chocolate, chopped finely
75g (2.6oz) butter 395g (14oz) tin sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
Method:
Grease and line an 18x28 cm (7x11 inch) slice pan.
Place the chocolate, butter and condensed milk into a heavy-based saucepan.
Heat the ingredients over the lowest heat possible, stirring continuously until the chocolate has almost melted.
Remove from the heat and stir until the chocolate has fully melted, then stir through vanilla extract.
Pour into prepared pan and place in fridge until set, then cut into pieces.
Serves: 20 Prep Time: 3 minutes
