When you’re looking for a guilt-free dessert, look no further than this recipe. It literally takes under 5 minutes to prepare plus setting time. Creamy and chocolatey, your family and friends will love this.


1 tin (400ml/14fl oz) coconut cream or coconut milk

6 tbsp chia seeds

4 tbsp pure maple syrup

2 tbsp cacao or cocoa powder

1 tsp vanilla extract


• Place all the ingredients in a bowl and mix until well combined.

• Pour into serving glasses or bowls and place in the fridge until set – about 2 hours or overnight.

• Top with berries, sliced bananas or grapes and a sprinkling of coconut.
