This irresistibly fresh and colourful salad is a sensational addition to your Christmas feast. Crafted with love by my talented sister-in-law, it has effortlessly won my heart and is sure to captivate yours too. Even my little ones can’t resist its delightful flavours!
Ingredients:
3 cups watermelon, cut into 1–2cm cubes
100g feta, cut into 1–2cm cubes
½ cup chopped mint
3 tbsp mint sauce
Method:
• Toss the ingredients together in a bowl. Serve chilled.
