You will be hard-pressed to find an easier chocolate mousse to devour than this one. I like to serve this with a dollop of Greek yoghurt to cut through the richness, some grated chocolate and a few chopped hazelnuts for decoration. Simply divine!
Ingredients: 1 cup hazelnut spread 1 cup plain unsweetened Greek yoghurt 1 tsp instant coffee powder dissolved in 1 tbsp boiling water
Method: • Place all the ingredients into a bowl and mix well until smooth. • Spoon or pipe the mixture into mugs or glasses and place in the fridge for at least an hour or until ready to serve.
Serves: 4 Prep Time: 5 minutes, plus chilling time (1+ hour)
