Once you’ve tried this recipe, you will never buy store-bought sauce again. It is made using everyday ingredients. And whizzed together and ready in a matter of minutes. No cooking required. Fabulous!
Ingredients: 1 x 400g (14oz) tin whole or diced tomatoes, drained 2 tbsp olive oil 1 tsp minced garlic 1 tsp balsamic vinegar 1 tsp sugar ½ tsp salt pepper to taste
Method: • Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. • Spread on pizza bases or stir though your favourite pasta. • Leftovers will keep in the fridge for 1 week or in the freezer for 3 months.
