Coconut Panna Cotta

Elevate your dessert game effortlessly with this Coconut Panna Cotta. So quick and easy to make with maximum impact....it's delicious! Top it off with a dollop of coconut yoghurt, toasted coconut and passionfruit pulp.
GF, DF, RSF

Ingredients:
1 1/2 tsp gelatine powder
1/4 cup water
1 x 400ml tin coconut cream
1/3 cup coconut sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
Method:
Mix the gelatine and water in a small bowl and leave to set for 5 - 10 minutes.
In the meantime, combine the remaining ingredients in a medium saucepan and heat over medium heat until small bubbles start to form (do not boil).
Remove from the heat and whisk in the gelatine. Pour the mixture into individual serving dishes.
Place in the refrigerator until set, at least 3 hours. Serve chilled.
Serves: 4
Prep Time: 5 minutes, plus setting time (3+ hours)
Cooking Time: 5 - 10 minutes
