Coconut Panna Cotta

Elevate your dessert game effortlessly with this Coconut Panna Cotta. So quick and easy to make with maximum impact....it's delicious! Top it off with a dollop of coconut yoghurt, toasted coconut and passionfruit pulp.

Ingredients:

1 1/2 tsp gelatine powder

1/4 cup water

1 x 400ml tin coconut cream

1/3 cup coconut sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract


Method:

  • Mix the gelatine and water in a small bowl and leave to set for 5 - 10 minutes.

  • In the meantime, combine the remaining ingredients in a medium saucepan and heat over medium heat until small bubbles start to form (do not boil).

  • Remove from the heat and whisk in the gelatine. Pour the mixture into individual serving dishes.

  • Place in the refrigerator until set, at least 3 hours. Serve chilled.


Serves: 4

Prep Time: 5 minutes, plus setting time (3+ hours)

Cooking Time: 5 - 10 minutes
