I love this quick and healthy recipe. So easy to prepare, it makes a great addition to a midweek family meal.
Ingredients: 4 pieces raw salmon ¼ cup pure maple syrup ¼ cup soy sauce 1 tsp minced garlic 2 tbsp lemon juice
Method: • Place the salmon in an ovenproof dish. • In a jug, combine maple syrup, soy sauce, garlic and lemon juice, then pour over the salmon. • Marinate for up to 20 minutes. • Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and bake uncovered for about 20 minutes or until the salmon is flaky. • Try served with creamy mashed potatoes and steamed beans.
Serves: 4 Prep Time: 5 minutes plus marinating time Cooking Time: 20 minutes
